Development
We are proficient with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies of delivery. Regardless of the methodology adopted, we keep communication consistent and fluid through the build process.
Using the SOW document as our guideline, we will either deliver in Sprints of 2 weeks or begin a modular build under Waterfall. Weekly Scrum meetings and status update reports through Jira boards will become a normal course of business occurrence. DevOps teams will work hand in hand with the Development teams as part of our DevOps practice, to make sure there is very little chance of fall-through and last-minute rework.
