We will always hold an initial design-to-development hand-off and involve the client after the mock-ups have been cleared. So everybody is all on the same level. Additionally, early in the process, from the beginning designs, we work together with WordPress developers to ensure we stay on the same page and on the right track from concept to functionality.
Each of our websites is custom-designed for each business. So a cost estimate is based on the client's requirements, not a random package. Our customers only pay for the services they require, and the price is only a reflection of the work completed.
We'll first want to examine your websites, social media pages, marketing materials, and any marketing materials that are available. If any websites have caught your eye that represent the style that you'd like to incorporate into your website, send us links to these sites and let us know what you love about each. We'll then request an outline of pages you'd like to include on your site and the way you would like the pages titled, and an overview of the content of each page. After the development has begun, we'll request to provide the content for each page, including text and images contents for every page, along with any other supplementary information (PDF, Excel, Video, and more) you'd like to add. We can provide more information about the development process we follow on the step-by-step development page.
We cannot address this issue adequately without knowing your idea, business model market, users, and more. Although we're unable to give you a precise estimate of how much the project is going to cost you, we can provide an estimate of what is typical for the types of projects we're capable of helping you with, based on the hundreds of projects we've worked on since the year 2012.
While it's challenging to establish the exact costs of an undertaking without undergoing a thorough study process such as Our Discovery, Design, and Planning phase, we can usually help establish a budget before engaging with us. It's important to understand that most projects are split into phases. In the beginning stage of the development process, our goal is to concentrate on the essential attributes and build something that can help us prepare for future steps.
Whatever size or modest your budget, no matter what your budget is, we will always try to maximize the value we can provide our customers to far exceed the cost we charge.
We invoice monthly in arrears if we are charging per hour. For instance February 1, you will receive an invoice for the time tracked from January 1 until January 31. The due date for payment is ten days when you pay to a team; the team's money is required in advance. For instance, that on February 1, you'll pay for the whole period of February.
When the site is complete, we provide free site updates and, in some instances, change the site's appearance without costs, particularly when a site can be easily upgraded. Our goal is to ensure our customers are pleased, and we'll strive to make sure that you enjoy the work we do.
